Paul Foster
Paul started playing bowls at the age of 12 through his father and Glasgow 2026 will be his sixth Commonwealth Games. Gold in a thrilling Fours final and silver in the Pairs in Gold Coast, plus bronze in the Pairs at Birmingham 2022 took Paul to third on the all-time list of Scotland's most successful Commonwealth Games athletes behind fellow bowler Alex Marshall and para cyclist Neil Fachie, level with sprinter Allan Wells on four gold, one silver and one bronze.
He took gold alongside Marshall in the Pairs and Fours events at Glasgow 2014. One of his biggest honours in the game was receiving an MBE in 2014.
