Mark Dry

Mark claimed Team Scotland's first Athletics medal of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games as he repeated his bronze medal winning performance from Glasgow 2014 with a phenomenal last round throw. Following hip surgery twice in the two years leading into the Games, he was on crutches as recently as four moths before Gold Coast, but his performance had him leaping around in ecstasy. A Rio 2016 Olympian, Mark also represented Great Britain at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing.

Mark returned to 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham to represent Team Scotland.
