Competition Venues

All competition venues are within 30 mins drive from the Games Villages. A regular shuttle bus will take athletes and staff to and from the venues for training and competition.



Hasely Crawford Stadium, Port of Spain

Distance from Village: 2.4km / 7 min drive

Named after Hasely Joachim Crawford, Trinidad and Tobago’s first Olympic gold medalist, the Stadium has an eight lane track, capacity for 23,000 spectators and a training area located outside the stadium.


National Cycling Velodrome, Couva

Distance from Village: 37km / 30 min drive

A state-of-the-art facility that boasts a 250m wooden track (Schuermann designed and built) and permanent seating for 2,500 spectators. Cycling Time Trial and Road Race will take place in Couva, close to the velodrome.


National Aquatics Centre, Couva

Distance from Village: 37km / 30 min drive

Features a 50m main competition pool, a 50m outdoor pool, a 25m diving facility, fitness room with sauna, Turkish bath and a cool water pool, state of the art timing system, underwater video, and digital screen playback. It has seating for 940 spectators. 


Beach Volleyball

Black Rock Beach

Distance from Village: 9.8km / 22 min drive

Black Rock Beach is located in the south-west area of Tobago. A court will be laid using 40 tonnes of washed sand (1 competition court and 1 warm up court), which will be surrounded by stands to accommodate 1000 spectators.

Netball & Rugby 7s

Shaw Park Cultural Complex, Scarborough

Distance from Village: 5.9km / 10 min drive

Shaw Park Cultural Complex is a fan-shaped multi-purpose facility located in the capital of Tobago, Scarborough. It has a seating capacity of 3800 spectators.


Buccoo Beach Facility, Buccoo

Distance from Village: 7.4km / 15 min drive

Buccoo Bay is located on the southwest tip of Tobago, with seven kilometres of marine park and five flat reefs enclosing a shallow lagoon.
