Beach Volleyball

Beach Volleyball is an optional sport in the Commonwealth Games and made its debut at the Gold Coast 2018 Games in Australia. It made its Youth Games debut eight months earlier at 2017 Commonwealth Youth Games in the Bahamas. Beach Volleyball is back on the programme for Birmingham 2022 and will take place in a city centre location.

Commonwealth Games Beach Volleyball competition is run under the rules of the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB).
