Zachary Courtney
Zach made his Commonwealth Games debut at Gold Coast 2018 where he competed in the Men’s 105kg competition. Unfortunately, having lifted 130kg in the Snatch, he was forced to withdraw due to illness.
His selection to Team Scotland came on the back of an outstanding year which saw him record a top 10 finish at the 2017 Commonwealth Championships, held in the same venue as Gold Coast 2018.
