Competing at her second Games at Gold Coast 2018, Seonaid added to her family’s Commonwealth Games legacy with two bronze medals in the 50m Rifle Prone and 3 Positions events, to add to the five medals won by elder sister Jen and four from mum Shirley at previous Games. She also took 5th in the 10m Air Rifle.

2017 saw her win double gold at the European Championships with victory in the 50m Rifle 3 Positions and Team events as well as two medals at the Commonwealth Championships where she took gold in the 3 Positions and silver in the Prone.

Since Gold Coast Seonaid has gone from strength to strength, winning World Championship gold in the Women’s Prone 50m Rifle and rising to become World #1 in Three Position Rifle after winning silver at the 2019 Munich World Cup, followed by gold in Rio de Janeiro, becoming the first British Woman to win a World Cup gold medal. She also won 2019 European Championships bronze in the 50m Prone Rifle Mixed Team event with teammate Kenneth Parr and gold in the 300m Prone Rifle, equalling the World Record.
