Keanna returned for a third Commonwealth Games at Glasgow 2026, having first competed for Team Scotland at just 16 years old at Gold Coast 2018. She won Silver in the 4 x 100m Medley Relay, Silver in the 200m Butterfly and Silver in the 4 x 100m Medley Relay alongside Angharad Evans, Katie Shanahan and Evie Davis
Since Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games she has become an Olympian, reaching the semi-finals of the 100m Butterfly at Paris 2024, and double European U23 champion in the 100m and 200m Butterfly.
At Glasgow 2026, Keanna secured a silver medal in the women's 100m butterfly event. She also won a Bronze in the Mixed 4x100m Medley Relay with Matthew Ward, Angharad Evans and Keanna MacInnes.
