Jen made her Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022 where Team Scotland finished in sixth place. 2022 was a highly successful year that also saw her selected to the GB senior women's squad.
She made her debut for Scotland in 2014 and has since gone on to feature at the 2021 EuroHockey Championships two years after helping the country to gold on home soil at the EuroHockey Championships II.
