Dee made her Commonwealth Games debut for Team Scotland at Birmingham 2022, finishing fifth in Women's Singles and 11th in Women's Triples. She started the sport at an early age through her grandparents and uncles.

Having finished runner-up in the final the previous year, she took the Scottish Mixed Pairs title in 2016 with her uncle John, going onto to win the Ladies Singles title the following year. She added the British Isles Singles title in 2018 and took bronze at the World Champion of Champions event the same year in Australia.

She was selected for the 2020 World Championships, which were also to be held in Australia but were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
