Ciara Torrance

Ciara will make her Commonwealth Games debut for Team Scotland at Birmingham 2022, finishing ninth in Women's Doubles and fifth in the Team Event. She comes from a badminton-playing family and was spotted by national coach and Commonwealth gold medallist Dan Travers while she was having a hit-about with her dad at one of her brother's tournaments.

Ciara has won three doubles titles with Julie MacPherson at Scottish National Championships, with the pair reaching the final of the Belgium International last year.
