Abbie Fountain

Abbie made her Commonwealth Games debut at Birmingham 2022, competing in the 62kg event where she finished fifth. She first took up wrestling eight years ago out of curiosity, when her local gym started offering sessions, and hasn't looked back. She has taken the Scottish national title and also progressed to the GB national talent squad and U23s team.

At 18, she was the youngest of Team Scotland's wrestling team for Birmingham 2022.
