Tickets Through Sport Governing Body

Team Scotland purchased tickets on behalf of all sports, after consultation with them on their ticket requests. Tickets will be digital in the name of Commonwealth Games Scotland (CGS) as purchaser.  

Tickets will be received by Team Scotland and then distributed to sports for them to digitally share with individuals who have requested tickets through them.

This approach ensures security, controlled allocation management and a seamless digital distribution.  

Athlete Friends & Family Ticket Programme

The Athlete Friends and Family (AFF) programme provides competing athletes, with tickets available to purchase where an athlete has qualified for a medal session.

There will be a clearly signposted ticket office at each venue, located just outside the spectator entrance. Availability will be limited, and the purchaser will need to provide the athlete’s accreditation number when buying the tickets.

• Up to two tickets per competing athlete. 

• Includes guides, pilots, directors of visually impaired athletes. 

• Finals and medal sessions only. 

• Tickets available to purchase from two hours before session starts. 

• Applies to competing athletes only. 

• Not available to coaches, officials or team staff.
