Travel and Arrival

Arrangements for your arrival and departure from the Games and details of where and when you’ll collect your accreditation.

Travel

Your travel has been coordinated through your Sport Team Manager. Please ensure you have your Sport Team Manager’s mobile number in your phone in the event of any issues with your travel.

Athletes and Officials must travel in team issue kit (see What to Wear Policy).

Return Travel Details

Please ensure you know how and when you will depart your accommodation. If your plans change, please advise your Sport Team Manager.

Accreditation Collection

All Athletes and Team Officials will arrive directly to hotels via their agreed method of transport. Following check-in, there will be an opportunity to attend the accreditation centre which will be local to the hotel. Please note you will require the passport/ID submitted as part of the data collection process to pick up your accreditation.
