Team members will be responsible for transporting all their own baggage. Where arrivals are ahead of hotel check-in, Team Scotland will provide a dedicated area within the hotel for your baggage to be stored.
To ensure your luggage is clearly identifiable, please do not remove the 2 luggage tags that have been attached by Team Scotland. You may also wish to consider marking your bags using tape, ribbons or other clear markings that identifies the bag as yours.
If you are unable to locate your luggage at anytime, please advise your Sport Team Manager.
It is important to take with you all the things that you will need for the Games but there is a limit to the amount of baggage that you are able to take so:
· Keep luggage to a minimum and do not bring valuables
· Make sure that all baggage is clearly labelled and easily identifiable
· Your luggage is your responsibility – at all times
It is recommended that you have a maximum of three pieces of luggage.
· Team Rucksack
· Team Suitcase
· Equipment/Competition Kit Bag
You will have picked up all your leisurewear at Team Camp, with accessories being provided as a welcome pack at the team hotels. Please bring all your issued Team Kit – formal parade outfit, leisure and competition – with you to the Games.
The formal clothing will be worn mainly for the Opening Ceremony and will also be worn at various receptions. A specially commissioned team tartan has been designed by Siobhan MacKenzie for Glasgow 2026.
Please note we do not provide shoes for the Opening Ceremony. Every team member must wear comfortable shoes that are worn in, and that athletes are used to wearing. Men should wear black lace-up shoes, and women black comfortable shoes.

If you need to make any size swaps for the leisure kit you have been issued, please scan the QR code and fill out the form. All exchanges will be available to collect at your hotel and are subject to availability of the requested sizes.
